Full Time Position
The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Worker.
This position performs general maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, grounds, and related facilities: performs skilled, semi-skilled, and manual work involving building maintenance, building construction, carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, sign maintenance, custodial, or other maintenance projects.
- High School/GED required.
- Must maintain valid state of Georgia driver’s license.
- Excellent work ethic required.
- Must be responsible, reliable and punctual.
Scheduled work time is 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
