We want to remind all property owners that the STR Application letters were sent out in February 2025. These letters include your unique account number and access code needed for the registration process.
If you have not received your STR Application letter, please contact the Board of Commissioners office at 706-635-4361. Our STR associates are available and happy to assist you in retrieving your account number and access code.

Registration Deadline: All short-term rental properties must be registered by July 1, 2025 to comply with the new ordinance. Please ensure that you complete your registration before the deadline to avoid any potential penalties or interruptions in your operation.
